July's DIY Adventures kits complement our Mind-Body Wellness series which focuses on gentle, restorative movement, introspective writing activities, and simple meditation techniques. July's kits will come with information about meditation bracelets, how to use a meditation bracelet for prayer, meditation, or mindfulness, as well as supplies for a 27-bead meditation bracelet called a japa mala. Kit pick-up will be available in Benton and Bryant starting Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Kits are for adults and available on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. Instructional videos for the project can be viewed on the Saline County Library Facebook page and Niche Academy.
