Treat yourself to a mind-body tune-up with our four-part series featuring gentle, restorative movement and introspective writing activities.
Does the pandemic have you running on empty physically, emotionally and psychologically? Would you like to dig a little deeper into your own psyche and expand your self-awareness? Do you need a self-care check-up? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this series is ideal for you. Kerri Michael, LMSW, RYT, will guide participants through gentle, restorative exercises, writing activities, and simple meditation techniques designed to reduce stress and reclaim physical, emotional, and psychological balance. For adults. Dress comfortably for movement. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat. This is the fourth and final session in the series. Separate registration for each session required. ***Library Card and PIN: When registration asks for your library card number, you can put that in to save time and pull data from your library card account to auto-fill the demographic questions. If you don't have a library card or do not want to auto-fill your information, just skip the library card and PIN questions.***
