Treat your body and mind to the meditative practice of Tai Chi
Jo Tabor, a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness coach, will teach participants the basics of Tai Chi. This is a program geared towards beginning practitioners, but all skill levels are welcome. Dress comfortably for movement. For adults 18+. Registration encouraged but not required. If you are waitlisted, please feel free to show up anyway!
